Career Meeg is dedicated to addressing the pressing need for comprehensive career guidance and professional development among the youth in Rwanda. By equipping young individuals with the tools, resources, and mentorship necessary to navigate their career paths, Career MEEG empowers them to take charge of their futures with confidence and clarity.

To be the leading career development organization in Rwanda, guiding youth in making their career aspirations come true, and also equipping them with the motivation and skill required for the economic development of the nation.
To empower Rwandan youth by offering a comprehensive ,all-inclusive career development programs for them to attain holistic growth and live a life of academic,relational,financial and career success .

Encourage youth to take control of their career by building confidence and taking initiative. By empowering youth, we teach them about self-confidence, decision making and Independence with a growth mindset where they embrace challenges and learn from failures to continuously improve.

one of the aspects that a youth needs to have is a clear goal as it enables to have a clear vision.It is through this framework that we deliver sessions for youth regarding how to define clear, achievable, and measurable career objectives.
Target Audience
We are targeting individuals aged 16-30 in Rwanda, particularly those in secondary schools, universities, and recent graduates. We targeted this youth because there is a growing number of youths in Rwanda who face challenges in career planning and development due to limited resources and guidance. There is also a need for structured career development services that are critical to support the country’s economic growth and reduce unemployment.
