We are targeting individuals aged 16-30 in Rwanda, particularly those in secondary schools, universities, and recent graduates. We targeted this youth because there is a growing number of youths in Rwanda who face challenges in career planning and development due to limited resources and guidance. There is also a need for structured career development services that are critical to support the country’s economic growth and reduce unemployment.
